I am at a stage in my anxiety where I am managing it well and I rarely have a bad day. There are a few pangs here and there, and some days I will feel ill with worry about nothing at all. However, I am aware that some of you who will come here won’t be at the same stage as me, and you won’t all have the same issue.
Help is out there through friends and family, but if you don’t want to talk to other people, or you need time to feel ready, then there are many websites to help you. Each issue-specific page will feature a collection of links that you are invited to explore/follow/use at your disposal and when you need it most.
